    Hello,

I have a huge problem. I have a image (7016x9933px; 300dpi). The quality is excellent. Now I want to resize it into a PAL DV Widescreen preset. Now here comes the problem. After resizing the image quality is really really bad and not useable.

Is there a way to resize it without loosing quality? Never had that problem before and can´t really see the mistake.

    I am using Photoshop CS5

    Thanks for any help

How is the quality bad? Can you be more descriptive?

If your source is square pixels, and PAL uses a different PAR (pixel aspect ratio) then it may appear bad just because of the way Photoshop displays images with a non-square PAR. Try saving it and importing the frame(s) into your video app to see if it looks better.
