  Unusual Error Message when saving

  I hope this doesn’t go against any rules. I was hoping someone could let know what the following code means:

  COULD NOT COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST BECAUSE THE FILE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP.

  That particular file I was trying to open I created in Photoshop CS3 from scratch. I had saved it and reopened it no more than 1 minute later. I save it to my network drive.

  What format is your file?

  It sounds like it’s corrupted. Try open it with another software.
