  PS CS4 free transform anchor point

  Anyone else notice that when free transforming a layer in photoshop we can’t manually reposition the anchor point of the transformation? Now I can only use the little handles icon on the upper left.
  Why did this happen? Is there a modifier key?

  I am able to drag the anchor point in CS4 while doing a free transform. Try resetting your preferences.
