  Correcting still frame pixel aspect ratio

  I currently have a client requesting some “video freezes” for her website. The video was produced in DVCPRO HD 720p. Was wondering how to correctly modify the pixel aspect ratio of a still frame taken from this type of video. How do I change the aspect ratio and save it, so that I can “see it” as I would when it is projected on a TV monitor? Right now, even though I can get Photoshop to “display” it correctly, every time I save it out, it displays as an “anamorphic squeezed” image on a computer screen.

  One of two ways

  Change PAR of document, then copy and paste into a square pix document

  OR

  Manually resize ie 720 X 480 becomes 640 X 480
