  • Use actions to incrementally name layer groups?

It was suggested that I use actions in photoshop to create a few dozen menu links for my DVD menu. I simply want to call them 1 2 3 4 5…up to 100 (32 being the max # of links on each menu) I now know how to simply duplicate the layer group and move it, and I can run this over and over again. But the problem is that each one I duplicate says 01 01 01 01 and in the layers panel, it shows 01, 01 copy, 01 copy 2, 01 copy 3.

Is there a way to add into the action some type of +1 incremental naming system so that the menu links get duplicated, but incrementally, so it becomes 01, 02, 03 and so on? As well as the correct numbering for the layer groups themselves?
