  comments on CS3 Extended?

  Anyone using CS3 Extended with final cut pro? I need to change some text that is burned over moving video footage, was told maybe I can do this with CS3 extended, can I do it directly from fcp to cs3 and back with no in-betweens? (ie: After Effects?)
