  help center wont launch….

  Hi

  i just installed Photoshop CS2 and the helps center keeps crashing when i try to launch photoshop help OR the Adobe help center….why?

  Apple dual 2.66 Intel
  2gB ram
  OS 10.4.10

  I am having the same problem… cannot get help center to launch. I have tried every available download/update I could find, from 1.0.2 to 2.1, from various sources.

  I did get it to open ONCE after a download, but later that day, while still using it, the Mac crashed and I have not been able to make it work since.

  Any help anyone has would be really appreciated.

  I too am unable to open the help viewer in any cs2 application. I recieve a crash report every time I try. I have re-installed the suite and it still does not work.

  Any info would be great. Thanks
