  Filmstrip importing error

  I tried this on the basic, but there has been no response. Perhaps someone here has seen this error?

  Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file.

  Is the message I recieve when I try to import a Filmstrip file from Premiere. Any suggestions?
