  Whats the best way to create a page of dots?

  Hi there,

  Basically I was just wondering what the best way in photoshop is to simply create a page of dots…if you know what I mean? So i guess it would be getting a solid colour and adding an effect to it.

  Information please.
  Big dots, little dots? white, red, blue?
  create a circle with the graphic tool or round marquis and fill – duplicate numerous times. Is that what you want to do?
