I’m trying to do some “GIF-work” for the first time and getting used to ImageReady…but when I try to download GIFS from various locations on the internet I end up with only one image in Photoshop. I’ve run through preferences and don’t see anything I recognize as specific to the issue. Here’s the process I’m using:

    1. Find a GIF I want to work with on a website.
    2. RIght-click and save to desktop.
    3. Open in Photoshop.
    4. End up with only one image.

As an animated GIF I presume Photoshop can open only 1 frame.

Open it directly in Image Ready and it will work nicely.

    Cheers
