  Opening psd files

  My iMac has developed a problem with opening psd files from the finder or iPhoto or Aperture. Typically clicking on the file from any location would load Photoshop and open the file. For some reason when I click the file only Photoshop loads but not the selected psd file. The only way I can open the image is directly in Photoshop.

  I’ve trashed prefs for Photoshop, repaired drive permissions and yet can’t get the process to complete by itself.

  Does anyone have any other thoughts on what I might try to get everything working nicely together again?
