  From Video to RGB file…

  I was given a still taken from a video camera.The client loves the image, but I noticed it has that rainbow pixelation in the colors that video has. In Photoshop CS, what are some suggestions that I could use to get rid of these rainbow pixels? The photo is of a brown dog and the pixels in question are in his brown hair…
