  • Turning off my pens pressure when using the paintbrush in PS?

Posted by Gizmo1990 on March 11, 2006 at 11:04 pm

How can I turn off the pressure of my pen??

In older versions of ps (I’m using CS2 now) there was a little click box to turn it on and off. This no longer appears.

How do I have my paint brush behave so ANY pressure will result in a circle the maximum size of the brush?

    Any help appreciated.

Come on guys, someone must know how to do this!? Surely it wouldn’t have been taken out of ps altogether!?

It’s becoming really annoying as I’m finding it very difficult to simulate an airbrush like I used too in PS4. Basically it means that its very UNnatural using a pen now!

    Hold it, got it!

It is shape dynamics, PS defaults to it. When it’s turned off it behaves properly.
