  UPPERCASE Extensions

  Photoshop CS (and the earlier versions as well) have been saving all of my files with the uppercase extensions (.JPG, .GIF, .PSD) I’ve found the preference in file handling to set it to lower case. (.jpg, .gif, .psd) but it doesn’t seem to take the setting. It says “use lowercase extension” but every time I goto save they still come out as uppercase. (.JPG, .GIF,.PSD)

  Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution?
