I am creating a print ad for “street level mapping.” This is a feature our Doppler Radar has. In the top right hand corner of my 8.5″ x 11″ composition, I would like to have some faint Light rays castingt down toward the lowern left corner. Like the rays a sun might cast. Any ideas on how I could accomplish this without buying a costly plug-in. Thanks in advance, Justin Gray

Create a gradient layer Black and White radial
Run Radial Blur > Zoom to pull rays out…

Then use blending modes to create variations in lighting

Also – if you are on a PC, you could locate the Luce plug-in for Photoshop.
