  converting CMYK files to RGB and importing into AfterEffects and FCP

  i have some photoshop eps files that have been created in CMYK, i am then copying the contents into an RGB document, but with the option checked that the colours are kept the same, but the numerical settings for the colours change. The images looks fine in photoshop sometimes. When i import the files into after effects or final cut pro the images revert to to cmyk numerical settings, therefore changing colour. I have tried various different options, but none seem to work.
