  How is this effect created

  Hey guys,

  Recently I saw a video on youtube and wondered how did they created the laggy effect.

  It all seems many of the frames are missing, but I don’t think that is the case.

  Share if you know how to create a similar effect.

  You can create a composition with a low frame rate and drop the footage in there.

  Or you can use the Posterize Time effect.
