  • Blend two shapes to combine opacity levels?

I want to overlay two shapes will opacity levels of around 50% and have the overlapping area look opaque. I can’t find a way to do this using blend modes. Anybody have any ideas?

You can use a duplicate of one shape as an alpha matte for a duplicate of the other to isolate the intersection.
