After Effects 6.5
Posted by Daniel Klinger on February 12, 2015 at 9:09 pmI’m using After Effects 6.5. I’m trying to render a video with some audio with it. Only when I render the video the audio isn’t there. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

February 12, 2015 at 10:28 pmHahahahahaha, 6.5?! hem-hem, sorry.
What you need to do is click on your output settings in the Render Queue (probably where it says “Lossless”) and at the bottom of the Output Module Settings window you will see a checkbox for audio output.

February 13, 2015 at 12:00 amThanks for your help. I’ll give it a shot. I noticed that the output audio was off in the render queue. I’ll have to check to see how to turn it on. Thanks again for your help. I appreciate you taking the time to respond back to me. I’d like to have a newer version of After Effects. Do you know of a resource that sells older or used software? Just wondering.
Thanks again for your help. Dan

February 13, 2015 at 6:17 pmThanks for the heads up. I already have AE 6.5 on Windows 7. So I wasn’t planning on upgrading my operating system. I would like to upgrade to a newer version of AE if I can without a lot of expense. Although I am just beginning to understand 6.5.
Thanks for your thoughts. I appreciate them.
Dan
