Fixed stroke width of the shapes
Hello, I have vector illustration with stroke and fill. I need to scale them in my animation, but keep stroke width the same. Illustration has many groups of objects in it. And when I am scaling the shape, strokes scaled too. Any suggestions to keep strokes width?

can’t you just animate the stroke size inversely proportional to your scale?
Theres no “keep stroke size on scalling” in after effects (AFAIK)…you can either do it old school keyframing or with some simple expressions.

But if you have difficult illustration with many groups of shapes? I think here must be easier way. -
link them to one another once with expressions, than add a slider control and animate from there. Its pretty straighfoward, you just need to set some things up prior to animating.

i would recommend using the linear expression function so they animate correctly.
