  Ideas on how this was made?

  Hello everyone! I just saw a video, and was wondering if anyone knew how one of the graphical elements in this video was made. I use AE a lot, but I come from a visual effects background and want to get into motion graphics. Here is a link to the video:

  I was wondering how the “square” graphics were made during the instrumental parts of the song.

  Looks like a lot of shape layers with strokes and ‘trim path’ animators. Not overly complicated, but nicely executed
