  Element 3D v2 Support?

  Hi I bought the new Element 3D but I can’t seem to find documentation or tutorials for the new features anywhere.. Really trying to get some shadows going and for some reason it’s not recognizing AE lights… anyone else having these problems or know if there’s a manual or anything. It’s unlike VC to release something without a bunch of support to accompany it… maybe he’s working on it or something

  Try emailing Video Copilot. They’re usually pretty quick with customer support issues. You could try the forums on that site too. Andrew has a few pretty in-depth overview videos for E3D v2 as well; not sure if you had a chance to check them out yet or not.

  Ah, I only just now saw the link to the forums b/c you told me it existed. That site is so busy I find it hard to get anywhere. Thanks for the push, lol
