  Use sliders to select different compositions

  Hello,
  I’m trying to make a base for editing on premiere, but i need to import some compositions from after effects. I’m thinking of using Essential graphics, and one of the properties I want to add is the ability to change between three scene openings using a slider. I have the three compositions in acnother comp, and was wondering how to make the slider go to a specific time frame on the begining of each opening. I want to use a control layer to control this expression.

  In this video, in the time range of 1:50 – 2:10, they do exactly what i want, but don’t explain how to do it:
