  Hi,
  I am facing a problem, whenever i ( Reduce Project ) all the expressions disabled and all information of color controller became useless. And then i have to forcefully apply colors to each single layer. Please help me out to solve this problem.

  Maybe you delete the comp/layers used in those expressions.
