  • After Effects getting a layer to adapt a certain value of a keyframe and keeping it over time

Heyho, so my main idea is to have a slider with a changing value between two keyframes, nothing special there, but i want another layer linked to that slider adapt a value at a certain keyframe and keep it over the rest of the expression

    Example:
Circle A, with “Trim Paths” which is changing over four seconds standing still in the center linked to the slider control
Circle B, linked to the slider should keep its shape at a certain keyframe and move away from the center

Can I do this with an expression?
