  How to get Shape vectors from an existing shape.

  I’d like to get the shape vectors from an existing shape and apply them to a mask shape property on another layer that contains an image. I know how to do this by hand but I’m writing a tool that needs this functionality and I can’t figure out how to do it in extend script. Any help would be welcome.
