This is a two part question.

    1. I need to edit some audio to my animation in After Effects. Audio editing is better done in Premiere, is there any way to link a timeline in Premiere to my AE composition? I’ve tried importing the AE project into Premiere and it seems kind of clunky and I receive an error saying third party elements cannot be found, etc.

Is there a better way to do this?

    2. If the best way to complete the above is to export my project to a video file and edit in Premiere, how can I do this without a loss in quality of the video?

    Thanks in advance!
