  Standing Wave

  Hello all.

  First time posting to this forum!

  Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to create a standing wave where I could control its amp and freq? What I am trying to achieve is something like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standing_wave#/media/File:Standing_waves_on_a_string.gif

  I imagine I would have to create a line with multiple points, but would there be a way of using expressions to have the segments oscillate to achieve a standing wave motion, as per the example?

  Wave Warp with zero speed and Wave Height animated between two settings, -100 to 100 or whatever is fitting for the purpose.
