  shape layer size anchor point CC2015

  I used to be able to change the anchor point around which a shape layer will resize, using an expression, so I can resize from left or right top or bottom so as to maintain rounding and stroke. Now in CC2014 it doesn’t work any more. anyone know how to do this now?
