I am going out of my mind. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I have a comp I’ve been trying to render and it comes out very jerky and jumpy.
The comp is just 2 photoshop layers that I’m scaling and moving slightly in 3D -no camera [but when I used a camera, nothing changed in the render]

    Render settings-
    Best
    Full resolution
    Field render – off
    Use comps frame rate 29.97
Format – Quicktime – Have tried both Animation and JPEG
Both the quicktime movie and any H.264 or mpeg4’s I have output to are very jerky and jumpy.
The preview looks fine, but I can see when it is rendering its stuttering. I have AE CC 2014 so no openGL issues, right?
The photoshop file was made as a film format – 1920×1080 to match my comp. The bigger layer is 1433×1053.
    THANK YOU for your input!!

    THANK YOU!!
I ended up using a higher frame rate [50] and rendered as an AVI [I’m on a PC and that seems to do better than direct to Quicktime.
Then I exported it from quicktime Pro as a Quicktime using my original target frame rate of 29.97. Looks better!!
    thanks
    Peggy
