  Write-on expression

  Hi,

  I’m looking for a write-on expression. What I’m looking for is basically an expression that makes letters seem that they write themselves.

  There is no such expression.

  Do a google search and you’ll find multiple different tutorials teaching you how to do a write on effect – they’re all based on the same principle. You have to create paths/masks for each letter, to reveal it. It’s very time consuming, and not worth doing if there’s a lot of text to write on. If it’s for a title, sure. Do it.

  Maybe he means a typewriter effect. That’s very doable with text animators. There’s even a preset for it in the presets folder.
