  Won’t import H.264

  I’m getting the following error message when I try to import video files taken with my Canon 5DM2: “this MooV is damaged or unsupported.” I’m not misspelling MooV. Even after converting the file to pro res, I get the same error. The files import into FCP7, no problem.

  What version of AE are you using?

  Thanks Daniel. I did see that article. I ended up simply restarting my computer and everything seems to be working fine now…
