  How to blend film burn on a shape?

  I wanted to ask how can i blend something like a film burn on a particular shape like a triangle, so that only the film burn would be inside a triangle.

  Place the triangle layer above your film burn footage. Change the film burn track matte to Alpha Matte, it will only show up where the triangle layer is placed.
