I keep trying to open an After Effects Project and its giving me the “The following Layer dependencies are missing: Text Layer: Font Family: Tradegothic LTSTD, Font style: BdCn20”

I have this font activated on Universal Type Client, I event tried setting it as permanent, then restarting After Effects, but it continues to give me this message. I don’t understand what’s wrong if this font is active. I have this error message on a daily basis with all the projects I open… I activate the font on UTC, restart the project and its fine. For some reason, this isn’t working when I activate it with this specific font.

Can anyone help me? I have deadlines and this is seriously holding me back.

Unfortunately, my company restricts me from doing that. Any other suggestions?

your screen grab doesn’t show bold condensed in the list. double check that you have bold condensed installed.
