Expression to for scale to match Z Position so image is 1:1
Hey All,
I am importing a camera from Boujou to track a still (a Painted still frame of the original shot) onto the plate. In order for the still to track properly, I copy the X,Y,Z position data from a Null that was imported with the Boujou camera. Which means I need to move the still in Z Space. But the still frame is actually a still frame from the plate, let’s say frame 86, that I want to track back onto itself as a patch. But since I had to move the still back in Z Space to match patch the track, it no longer lines up perfectly on frame 86. I need to scale it up. I can do it by eye, but there has to be an expression or a equation based on the layer’s Z Space to scale it back up to 1:1. This should all be based on the z Space and the camera lens in AE.
Any ideas? Any thoughts?
