  attaching video to a mask?

  I have a layer of video with a moving TV screen in it. I masked the center of the TV screen out. Now I want to add another piece of video into the mask shape while the mask is moving. I can’t motion track the video with the TV screen in it because it is round with no marks to track. Do you have any suggestions on how to attach this video to the mask? I created position keyframes on the video to have it some what match the movement of the mask. That works but I’m sure there’s a easier way. Can I use an expression somehow?
