  A file runs on 11 kHz?!

  hey guys, i had trouble rendering, it took so long and took up so much
  RAM that my pc crashed 3 times, and space problems and other stuff,
  so i then bought Bandicam and when i load that video into AE,
  these creepy, horror-like audio pops up in the video,
  after half an hour i saw that the file used 11.? kHz.
  How do i change that?
  I really need help since i said to the guy that this will be super-quick.
