Just upgraded to AE 7. Lovin it. I was dissappointed that they didn’t bring back the Motion Sketch, layeraud function though. It was so easy to do down and dirty mout movements with that feature. Does anyone know how to pull off the same thing using expressions? I’ve got to the point where I convert audio to keyframe then add an expression to the scale property of my mouth and pick whip it to the “both” channels. That gets me halfway there but now I need to control the minimum and maximum scale size as well as just having it scale in Y, not x. I think there’s going to be an issue with placement to but I should be able to fix that with a null parent. Thanks for input…

Search this forum for “lipsync” and similar phrases, it has been discussed a few times, as has isolating separate channels on compound properties.
