  waltzing text script

  i am looking for a script. I want my 3d font to Y rotate in to my comp, but I want the anchor point to swap sides with every rotation. Like a waltz.. i think. Then stop when I get it to a resting point. anyone have any suggestions. I will be doing this with a lot of different text layers ending in different positions. I’m just looking for a time saver.

  Short and simple answer: Parenting, not scripts/ expressions. think it thru. Use the text layer’s anchor point for the left turn, parent it to a Null object for the rigzt turn. By counteranimating with each waltz cycle, you get the same result.
