• Adobe After Effects Expressions

  jerking effects

  I have a video done in avid using a stroke effects which gives it a jerking effects as it will hold 6 frame for every 6 frame of the video.

  I was wondering if afther effects hav a similar plugin to do that, or is it going to be done using expression?

  Effect>time>posterize time?
