  how to alter expression to affect only one axis

  hi. this is my very first post.

  i want to use an expression to link an effect. as a default the expression affects x and y axis but i want it to be applied only to the x axis.

  (source of the effect are audio-keyframes, applied to the center of a simple tile effect)

  this is how it reads now:

  temp = thisComp.layer(“Audioamplitude”).effect(“Beide Kan

  Try changing the second line to:

  [temp,value[1]]

  Welcome! Just change the second occurrence of temp in the last line to value. I’ve bolded the change Imade to your script.
