    Hi,

i need some info on how to set up the correct format for a tv ad i am working on. The ad will be showed on a UK TV station.

They sent me this format instructions:

    Format

    AVI MOV

    Video Settings
    Frame Size: 720 x 576
    Frame Rate: 25.00 frames/second
    Field Order: Upper
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.067
    Fields: Upper Fields First

The ad will be built in AE entirely. But when i make a new Comp i can see various PAL settings for Pixel Aspect Ratio but none of them is 1.067. See attach.

Please advise on what settings should i choose in AE to match their format.

That looks like the PAL-DV PAR, but AE seems to be using a 1.09 PAR instead of 1.067. I’d imagine you’d be fine using that preset, but perhaps you might want to talk to one of their engineers.
