  Relink Assets Error

  After moving my AE project directory to another folder, several assets unlinked themselves from my project. I realized that those images were jpegs containing a CMYK profile, so I converted them to RGB. Even so, now when I try to relink the individual jpegs, they are relinked as image sequences rather than still images–and for no apparent reason. They are then modified in my many timelines, appearing as black and effectively obliterating my project…

  I’m running After Effects CC (7.0.3) + Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

  My goal to to successfully relink the jpegs in question as still images (like they once were before this fiasco).

  Don’t move stuff! It’s always better to Collect Files if you need to move assets.

  I suggest that you double and even triple check the issue and if it is still unresolved then please file a Bug Report here https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform so that such app issues get fixed
