  Rotating around a point in Element 3D

  Hey guys,

  I am trying to create an animation of a chest opening in Element 3D and I was wondering if anyone knew how to set the point of rotation.

  This is my work comp at the moment, you can see I’m trying to rotate it round the hinge under the rotation settings under the Particle Look.

  You could try looking in the Element Options menu. There is aa section called World Transform that allows you to move the anchor point. I think that there’s only one point available per model, but I may be wrong about that – you might want to go over the Element 3D tutorials – lots of information in there.
