  importing PPro project – AE stalls

  Hi all, for the first time I’m needing to import a PPro in AE. I’ve got AE 6.5 Pro and PPro 1.5. I just go to import the file. Select the sequence I want. THen click ok – but AE then freezes up. If I click on it it appears as “not responding”. The edit in PPro is pretty simple. Some DV footage and some QT video cut together.. A few dissolves and a couple titles.

  Maybe, the DV footage I have was not captured on this machine, I recieved them as DV files. Would this have anything to do with it?

  Cheers for the help…I’m hoping I won’t have to re-install….but maybe.
