  Create Camera Lens with Custom Text

  I’m looking to recreate a REALISTIC Camera Lens that I can add custom text to the Dials (replace the numbers). I can create in PSD and add texture, but wanted to know if a simple AE 3D could pull off a good look? Any tips for AE or should I consider AE+C4D(lite)?

  Want to have the dials move independently and turn to reveal different messages.

  Or is there a good service to HIRE an animator to bang out?
