    Hi–

    —- have an x factor type bg –

    – link here bgtest_00000.jpg

    —- want to animate it in some way — maybe as if it is responding to audio ? — though it doesnt matter too much ….

    …….. tried sequencing the vertical strips and its a bit uninspiring — anyone done this one before please / got any ideas ?

    If you want it to be audio-responsive, you should look into Trapcode Sound Keys [link].

    Otherwise, it’s a bit tough to give suggestions without knowing anything about the creative direction. If it’s meant to be an audio visualization, it should probably move like we’d expect audio to move — but you could also play with light, color, texture, depth, perspective…

    Hi Walter –

    – many thanks for feedback on this —- just doing tests ATM and animating randomly in patterns ( if you know what I mean ! ) by hand isnt too bad —- in fact much quicker and more convincing than II thought ….

    —– will remember he sound keys thing just in case – you never know.
