  How do i achieve the effect in this music video?

  Hi, does any one know how i might be able to achieve the effect in this video? It’s at 2:44 – 2:48.. his hand and only his hand leaves a trail..

  Duplicate the layer, roto the hand out on the upper layer and add an echo effect.
