That capability is often independent of the .mov file, and resides in the settings of the player you’re using. My website uses JW Player, and I can go into the settings and either turn Autoplay on or off using True or False radio buttons.

March 12, 2014 at 1:07 amI think you can use QuickTime Pro to set those options once you have rendered it from AE. Haven’t done it for a while so might be wrong.
