  • flash not allowing me to export – errors – HELP!

I’ve created a flash animation in ae before. as a matter of fact, it’s the exact same one scaled down. I pre-comped it and resized it smaller, now when I export it’s saying “After Effects error:deleting file. “file name here” file is busy (delete) (-47). It’s creating a jpg file and trying to delete it. What’s up with that. I NEED HELP ASAP!!

Don’t know about your error, but (FYI in case you didn’t already know) precomping will cause AE to rasterize everything.

I had the “shecret” disable layer cache checked on. I had checked it previously when i was having some memory issues. as soon as i turned it off, it rendered no prob.

Where is the “shecret” disable layer cache located? I’m having the same problem.
    Thanks.
